How Coverage Works
- Preventive care (exams, cleanings, X‑rays) is often covered at a higher percentage when completed at recommended intervals.
- Basic and major services (fillings, crowns, root canals) may have deductibles, annual maximums, or waiting periods.
- Orthodontic benefits vary widely and may have age limits or lifetime maximums.
- Medicare Advantage dental coverage is plan-specific; Original Medicare generally doesn’t cover routine dental care.
In‑Network vs. Out‑of‑Network
We work with many PPO plans and also accept out‑of‑network benefits. If we’re out of network with your plan, you can still be treated here and may receive reimbursement based on your plan’s out‑of‑network schedule. We’ll help with claim submission either way.
What to Bring to Your Visit
- Your dental insurance card and a photo ID
- HSA/FSA card (if you plan to use these funds)
- Any required referral or prior authorization documents
Financial Options
If your plan doesn’t cover a service—or if you don’t have insurance—we offer flexible payment options and third‑party financing.
- Payment & Financing Options
- CareCredit® financing available for qualified patients
Our Commitment to Transparent Estimates
We’ll provide a personalized treatment estimate based on your plan details, including deductibles, co‑pays, and remaining annual maximums. Final balances may differ from estimates depending on your insurer’s processing and plan rules.
