We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible dental expenses. Please bring your card to your appointment and check your plan’s balance and eligible services.

Insurance Coordination
If you have dental insurance, we’ll help verify eligibility, provide estimates, and submit claims on your behalf. For plan details, visit our Dental Insurance page.
Estimates & Billing
- We’ll provide a written estimate before treatment whenever possible.
- Your final balance may differ from the estimate based on your insurer’s processing, deductibles, co-pays, and annual maximums.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments missed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $75 fee.
